Your writer membership will pass on to your heirs, in accordance with the Copyright Law, until the copyrights expire, and they will continue to receive royalties, just like living members. The survivors or estate of a deceased writer who was not a member may also apply for membership. (See Estate and Trust Planning for more information.)
