Terms of Use Agreement for Online Works Registration
The ASCAP Online Works Registration (the "Web Page") has been launched to permit ASCAP members ("members") to register titles to their works in ASCAP’s repertory on-line. By registering a work through this Web Page, you agree, as a member or an authorized agent of a member, that use of this Web Page is subject to the following Terms of Use Agreement.
Accuracy
YOU MUST CHECK TITLES AND ALL OTHER PORTIONS OF THE ON-LINE REGISTRATION FOR ACCURACY, AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE TITLE FOR THE WORK TO BE REGISTERED.
You can continue to access your title registrations for a period of six months for viewing or revising. Titles that have been successfully registered and payment ready are removed from the Online Works Registration database. These titles will be available on ACE.
Errors and Omissions
ASCAP is not liable for any lost royalties, claims, costs, damages, or other expenses whatsoever relating to the omission of any portion of the title of the work or for any spelling or other errors within this online works registration. Users bear the risk of lost royalties for any work whose performance cannot be properly tracked by ASCAP due to such an omission or error.

By registering a work through this Web Page, you warrant and represent the following:
