Film title: Biting Personalities

Richard Altenbach brings 20+ years of orchestral and Hollywood studio experience to his compositions. As an a-list violinist, Altenbach has played Principal violin for John Williams (Indiana Jones 4), Danny Elfman and John Ottman. His resume also includes work with such composers as John Barry, Hans Zimmer, James Horner, Howard Shore, James Newton Howard, and the late Jerry Goldsmith. A short list of film/game credits include Spiderman I, II, & III, The Kingdom, Matrix I, II, & III, Fable, Pirates of the Caribbean I, II & III, Superman Returns, Jurassic Park I, II & III, Titanic, Lion King, King Kong, Prince of Persia, Beowulf, and American Gangster. In March 2007, Biting Personalities, a short that Altenbach scored, won the So-Cal Cinema Slam in Hollywood, and is screening at Sundance in 2008. Altenbach was recently chosen as one of twelve composers worldwide to participate in the prestigious 2007 ASCAP Film Composers' Workshop, which recognizes participants as up-and-comers to watch.
