ASCAP has formed a partnership with The Notorious Shout! DJs to produce a new series of promotional CD compilation albums that are designed to expose both signed and unsigned bands to a broader audience.

The CDs will be circulated across the country to key music industry decision makers including record label executives, publishers, music supervisors, artist managers and attorneys, and will be promoted by Steve Pestana and Pedro Mena, known as the Notorious Shout! DJs, during the weekly Shout! happening, which has been a mainstay on New York's nightlife calendar for over seven years.
