Zeppelin Smashes Records as DVD, CD, Released on May 27, 2003, Debut at No.1
Led Zeppelin's How the West Was Won broke a new record for highest debut and highest single-week sales for a music DVD, according to Billboard.
Released on May 27, the three-CD set sold 154,000 units in its first week and made an amazing No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200. Previously, Paul McCartney's Back in the U.S. held the record, selling 61,000 units when it bowed late last year.
