FROM HOLLYWOOD TO BROADWAY AND BACK
Composer Marc Shaiman, who just received the ASCAP Henry Mancini Award at the Society's Film and Television Music Awards in April, is getting ready for the release of the film version of his hit Broadway musical, Hairspray.


LATIN LIGHTS ON BROADWAY
ASCAP celebrated its 15th Annual Latin Music Awards at the Nokia Theatre in New York City, where it honored two Latin music legends, Franco De Vita and Joan Sebastian, as well as the top Latin music writers and publishers of 2006.


SOUNDTRACK TO SUNDANCE
At this year's Sundance Film Festival, ASCAP's Music Café provided nine days of extraordinary live music, featuring performances by Donovan, Rosie Thomas, Ron Sexsmith, Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova, Silversun Pickups and many more great writers.
