Randy Newman Previews Harps and Angels at ASCAP-Sponsored Private Concert

On July 23, ASCAP and Nonesuch Records co-sponsored a private concert featuring Randy Newman and his band in a live, one-night-only performance of Harps and Angels, his first new album of original songs in nearly a decade. The concert was held at the new Largo at the Coronet in Los Angeles, and was webcast on National Public Radio and filmed by the label. The CD will be released on August 5.
