Was's channel is called The Wasmopolitan Cavalcade of Recorded Music and he recently teamed up with ASCAP to present The Nashville Wasmopolitan Songwriter's Cavalcade featuring live in-studio performances by an extraordinary group of Nashville-based writers, including Buddy Miller, Lori McKenna, Guy Clark, Trey Bruce, Sass Jordan, Jonell Mosser, Mark Erelli and Gordie Sampson. Organized by ASCAP's Loretta Munoz, the sessions took place over two days and nights at Oceanway Studios in Nashville and featured spontaneous, spirited and intimate performances by all who participated.
