COMPENDIUM OF ASCAP RULES AND REGULATIONS, AND POLICIES SUPPLEMENTAL TO THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION AND ASCAP DISTRIBUTION RESOURCE DOCUMENTS On September 20, 2007, the ASCAP Board of Directors adopted clarifications to the Compendium of ASCAP Rules and Regulations concerning the approval of irrevocable assignments of royalties by individual members (Section 4.8).
